Jack3d is a supplement manufactured by USP Labs. It is a pre-workout supplement which is very powerful. Jack3d has recently become a flavour of choice among the Gym rats.
This USP Lab Supplement has an upper hand over its counterparts with respect to the size of the container. Most of the supplements come in large containers in bulk amounts but this supplement comes in comparatively smaller containers. This is because there are no fillers like Magnesium and additives like maltodextrin in this, like others, which is used just to increase the weight of the product. Jack3d gives you the desire to work out for extended time periods and that too, with increased intensity. But we all know that anything which is not natural and alters the natural process is bound to have side effects no matter how beneficial it may seem to be. Same is the case with this supplement. We can understand more about the side-effects by looking into the ingredients of the product. Jack3d is basically composed of Geranamine (1,3-Dimethylamylamine or Methylhexamine), Schizandrol A, Methylxanthines (Caffeine & Theophylline), Beta-Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate. If we analyse each of these ingredients separately then we get shocking results about this claimed to be healthy supplement.
Geranamine (1,3-Dimethylamylamine or Methylhexamine): This psychoactive drug is not FDA approved and has adverse effects including headache, nausea, and even stroke.
Schizandrol A: There is very little information available about Schizandrol A and only a few lab studies have been conducted so is potentially harmful.
Methylxanthines (Caffeine & Theophylline): Pretty much anyone will agree that caffeine is a temporary fix. Theophylline is very similar in structure to caffeine. Due to its numerous side-effects, the drug is rarely administered for clinical use.
Beta-Alanine: This amino acid really does increase muscular strength, endurance and delay fatigue. Numerous studies have proven it. But at the same time this can wears out muscle tissues.
Creatine Monohydrate: There are no adverse side effects beyond occasional dehydration.
L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate: This is the only substance among all the ingredients that can be rendered harmless as it is an amino acid.
Like all other supplements, Jack3d from USP Labs increases your ability to work-out in the Gym but at the same time it can slowly degrade your body from the inside. It has the potential to wear your muscle tissues if used beyond the prescribed limit. The users of Jack3d don't look like working in a healthy state to co-workers and friends.
