The Neil Hill Y3T Training system is split into 3-4 week cycles, with each week being drastically different to the previous week. Week one of the Neil Hill Y3T Training System you would focus on heavy compound movements, completing between 6-10 repetitions per set to complete muscle failure, which will greatly facilitate strength. The second week is best used as a combination of compound and isolation movements with a repetition range of 10-14 per set. The third week is where things really get interesting, and should be thought of as a Total Annhililation week. Week three should consist of a repetition range for bigger muscle groups such as legs is between 40-80 per set. For the smaller muscle groups such as biceps the repetition range used can be as high as 25. This style of training will prevent your bosy from ever adapting to a single session ensuring that your progress is never limited.
