Established in Novemeber 2009 cheapdiscountsupplements.com’s primary objective is to provide premium brand name supplements at a price that goes one step further than a discount. To enable us to do this we have opted to be part of a very unique network that will allow us to become one of Europes market leaders in the discount supplement arena, competing directly with well known high street stores such as Bodyactive Online and Affordable Supplements.

By keeping overheads to a minimal every saving we have made gets taken off our retail price and passed directly to you “our online customers” which as you can see provides excellent savings and advantages on all your nutrition.

Our system is fully automated and will keep you updated throughout every process of your shopping experience, from ordering to delivery, straight through to delivery failure and return.

How our system works

We have invested a significant amount of time effort and money in developing our client management system.  Our system is designed to give you real time alerts (providing that your email address is input correctly) keeping you informed of your entire order process.

Our CMS is bespoke and is operated by three dedicated customer service advisors, we do not have a call centre as our business is online and we expect to conduct it online.

Our PHONE number is in place for your convenience should you need to ask us about any of our nutrition products on sale, including alerting us to any potential issue you may have which will be passed accross to a dedictaed customer service representitive to deal with.

Our customers are asked to take full advantage of our bespoke system which will update you in real time should your order status change at any given time.

We advise all clients to create an account, this will allow you to log in and view your order status and ascertain your tracking information.

Order Status & Order Updates

We have many order status that you will learn to become familiar with, your updates are as follows.

Pending – This means that you have placed your order and we are in receipt of payment.

Awaiting shipment – This means that you parcel has progressed from invoice to packing, and you products are due into the depot to be shipped.

Shipped – This means that you goods have been collected and are in transit with one of courier providers.

Refunded - Any money paid to us has been returned to your card.

Cancelled - The goods you have purchased have been returned, put back into stock and your order has been cancelled awaiting your instructions.

Parcel tracking

Your tracking code is scanned into your account and will be visible and sent directly to your email address provided to us at the point of purchase along with your status.  All automated updates will be sent to the same email address given to us.

If your email address is a work email address it is possible for our automated responses to get caught in your spam filter, please be aware of this and white list the domain cheapdiscountsupplements.com.

It is not permitted at any time to give tracking codes via the telephone as these contain personal information, including home address and special instructions that you may have given to us at the point of checkout i.e. I am not in between 4-5pm.  This information is for the exclusive use of cheap discount supplements staff only, and is shared with our contracted courier representatives only.

Tracking information will only be submitted via email only.  Should you require your tracking code please fill in our contact us form and one of our customer service staff will forward you the number relating to your parcel as well as update you to any problems or queries you may have within the working day.

The restriction about giving information out via the telephone is enforced upon us by the ICO (information commissioner’s office) and any breech of these rules could result in action being taken against our organisation. 

These rules are set in place to protect both you the consumer and cheapdiscountsupplements from any adversities that may arise should such rules not be adhered too.
