Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to the Agreement and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Agreement.

The Contract
The contract to supply goods by CheapDiscountSupplements.com to its customers will be made when CheapDiscountSupplements.com debits the account of the customer. CheapDiscountSupplements.com will e-mail the customer confirming the order. The product descriptions, gains, claims and effects are pertanant to that of the manufacturer as all litrature are supplied directly from the manufacturers. All product descriptions and images are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respected owners. CheapDiscountSupplements.com is not responsible for any claims therin. Any complaints should be made in writing to the relevent manufacturer.

Personal Data
All personal data supplied by the customer to CheapDiscountSupplements.com via the shop will be used solely to process and monitor the transaction for which the information is supplied. The supplying of such personal data by the customer is therefore deemed to be in acceptance of CheapDiscountSupplements.com processing this data to meet their order and future orders.

Online Purchases (Cut off Points)
CheapDiscountSupplements.com use automated processes to ensure goods are sent out on time everytime. This means we have strict times when orders will make delivery the same day. If the customer orders before 1pm GMT the goods will be sent the same day, dependent on credit card, merchant processing has completed. If your order is recieved after 1pm then the customers order will be despatched the next working day. This does not include weekends.

Purchasing Items
Where every effort is made by Cheap Discount Supplements to display live stock accuracy and the supply of your chosen items at all times, this is not always possible with the speed of orders shipping to consumer, or, shipment delays from distributors. If Cheap Discount Supplements has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, or, the length of time to dispatch the goods to you is deemed an excessive time period to wait, we will by default send you as soon as possible a suitable alternative item (to the same value and quality) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. This remains in place, where a flavour of  product may not be available, we reserve the right to send an alternative flavour.  Cheap Discount Supplements will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered and is not responsible for any extra shipping charged incurred.

Pricing
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time you place your order, and this price will remain valid until the goods are supplied or until the order has been cancelled.

If in the unlikely event the customer finds the same product cheaper from another UK based supplement shop then CheapDiscountSupplements.com will allow the customer to purchase the specific product at a reduced price. The price reducion will be no more than 1GPB below the cheaper sale price.

Free items are always subject to availability.

Delivery
CheapDiscountSupplements.com will make every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered within the chosen delivery method. If this is not possible for any reason the customer will be informed by appropriate means (email, post or telephone) and their money will be refunded. Reimbursement will take place as soon as the goods are recieved back to CheapDiscountSupplements.com.

For returns and/or policy regarding failed delivery refunds where upon the error is that of the customer, and not the courier, please see our shipping and returns policy.

Insurance
CheapDiscountSupplements.com will provide insurance up to the value of 250 GBP. All orders despatched will include insurance to this value and this is provided free of charge.

Online Security
CheapDiscountSupplements.com is a member of the Third Man Register. will check the customers information against security databases to help protect the customer and CheapDiscountSupplements.com. The customer will not be notified if there is any adverse information stored relating to their address, credit/debit card or there chosen delivery address. This information it confidential and to protect the customer under the data protection act. The customer can apply in writing to there credit card authority or credit reference agency directly with the statutory fee to view all information held on the reference agency servers in accordance with the data protection act. 

CheapDiscountSupplements.com uses the Rapid SSL Secure checkout process. This ensures all of the customers personal details are protected against identity theft whilst using this checkout process. All information is passed securly to SagePay via a 1024bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Based on any checks during the customers checkout process CheapDiscountSupplements.com reserve the right to automatically route parcels to the registered card holders address.

Complaints
Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens' Advice Bureau.
