Directions: As a dietary supplement, take (1) capsule, three to four times daily. If taking mroe than one capule per day, spread out each dose by between 4-8 hours. DUE TO EXTREME POTENCY, DO NOT USE PRODUCT FOR LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS FOLLOWED BY A SUBSEQUENT 4 WEEK BREAK. DO NOT EXCEED 3 CAPS IN 24 HOURS.
