Sci-MX's Mass System is a high calorie/high carb version of the original Lean Grow MRF formulation, designed for use by those with a high training intensity (over 12 hours per week) or those wishing to gain muscle mass. Consisting of Sci-MX's original protein blend, the product also offers high levels of BCCA's and glutamine, and 100 grams of carbohydrates per serving. Recommended Use:

Add three rounded scoops to 450-500 ml of cold water (depending on individual preference). Blend or shake in a hand held shaker for 30 seconds. Have 2 to three servings daily, servings may be halved. Use between meals, or within 30 minutes after training as a recovery drink.
