Recommended Usage

Was 81kg had a target of 90kg to hit at end of 5 months heavy weights and large diet training. (i'm that hard a gainer) 3 weeks in 87.2kg and 5 weeks in 90kg! and thats only taking 2 scoops in evening after training and one before bed. vanilla flavour mixed with a little icecream and milk is awsome as desert. Im buying more and setting new target for 100kgs. bring it

Just wanted to say that I am very impressed with your service, I assumed that my order of serious mass wouldn't be delivered until monday and was really glad it turned up via Royal Mail this morning (saturday) I'll definately be a returning customer!
