I've been using these Skinny tablets for 4 weeks and I've lost 5lbs which is great, though I have been training hard and eating well. I think they do make you feel full and they certainly give you a lot of energy to train harder. They clearly work, but you still need to exercise and eat healthy to see and feel the benefits.
