Recommended Usage

 

 

 

 

  • RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Take 2-3 scoops with 200ml of cold water or juice 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach).
  • RECOMMENDED USE ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: Take 1 scoop with 200ml of cold water or juice.
  • For maximum results, avoid consuming a meal or protein shake within 45 minutes to an hour of taking SuperPump250.
  • Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should start by using half the recommended dose (1-2 scoops) to help assess their tolerance. Do not exceed more than three (3) scoops at any given time.
  • To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four hours of bedtime. Avoid taking any additional stimulants while taking SuperPump250.

      Its a shame to see Superpump 250 be discontinued. I have used it for years. Thankfully gaspari seem to have done a good job of formulating its follow up product Superpump max, which is tastier and stronger than its predecessor. So long Superpump 250

      I get great results using super pump and I would find it hard to train without it having used over a 3 month period. I know a lot of pre workout products are hyp but this supplements does work and live up to its claim.

      On it for 3 weeks and I have to say this pre workout powder is the dogs. You need to try it to beleive the pumps, energy is long lasting and fruit punch flavour is excellent.

      I have bought around 20 tubs of superpump and I have tried the lot! This beats NO-Explode hands dound in every department, and gives you more of a buzz than Nano vapour, yet the pump is about the same. I have also used Phd wired, Nox Pump (4/5 but tastes like dirt) and about every other pre workout going. Best SP250 flavour is orange or raspberry lemonade but i can't honestly say i've found a bad flavour yet, Gaspari products are strong and work, exactly what it says on the tub!!

      I have been using this for 2 weeks and plan on doing so for a further 2 to fiish the month. After which I will report back. So far the pumps that you get from this product are unreal, best pre workout I have tried and rips strips of NO XPLODE.

    How is the muscle pump acheived?

    Sound like you are testing my knowledge here, so here it goes. Nitric oxide delivers muscle pumps by increasing oxygen shuttle to the muscle area that is being worked on, thus creating muscle fullness. Combined with the creatine and arginine or citruline malate this is what will give you the fullness and hardness during/after your workout with most pre workout drinks.     Is gaspari super pump 250 better than NO Xplode?

    This will be a personal oppinion and not that of cheapdiscountsupplements.com. As a user of both products I personaly feel that Super Pump tastes better than no xplode. No xplode will match the feeling of sp 250 but in my oppinion super pump 250 tastes better and is easier to drink. Super pump 250 also does not foam up when mixing which is a benefit when consuming.     Does this product assist in weight loss?

    Gaspari Nutrition (claim) that super pump 250 helps with weight loss. I have used this product personaly and althogh my body fat is relatively low as it is I can only comment in the energy it provides. It certainly gives you the energy and muscle pumps. Gaspari Super Pump 250 does do all of the above, although I cant comment on the weight loss side of things. To be honest I know of no energy drink that will lose you weight. Super Pump 250 does however deliver excellent energy and gives you excellent muscle pumps, and the weight loss will be down to how much effort you put in at the gym. Hope this answer helps.     No Xplode gave me a really bad headache will SP 250?

    If you have taken BSN No Xplode (another one of our very popular pre workout supplements) and it giving you a headache this will most likely be caused by the caffein or too large a dosage. Super pump 250 also has caffeine in it, may I suggest you lower your dosage and monitor your tolerance and if the symptoms persist in relation to your headaches I recomend that you discontinue useage, as you may be unable to use caffeine based supplements.
