Unfortunatly, the path to true Heroism is long and arduous. The Academy beings with a 12 week induction clinic, which will bring all beginners up to speed on the basics and ensures your body is ready for the onslaught of the suceeding courses. Following this you will proceed onto either FocusLine (with expert weightloss professional Ms Phoenix Wright), Strength Division (taken by strength professional Bruce Hammer) or Swift Central (with the acrobatic Jay C Brave). Each course is designed to teach you the essential skills required to lose weight, build muscle and develop true heroic speed and power, respectively. The Academy is available for download as either a full package allowing you to switch training styles as needed, or as a singular goal specific package.
